She has fallen gravely sick and the villagers all say that her only chance is an elixir found somewhere in the deepest temples underground.
A home to demons and other unknown horrific monsters, these “Demonic Temples” can only be accessed through a dead volcano.
You must first navigate through an intricate cave system, developing yourself and your skills as you go.
Unknown dangers are sure to already be awaiting you there. Use the resources of your village to help you on your mission.
Shop at the stores, visit the school or the bank. They all have something to offer.
You will need all of the resources that you can find to successfully explore past the caves and reach the medicine down below.
The Demonic Temples will have no mercy, so prepare yourself on the way.

There will probably be some patches for this Version in the coming weeks/months to get the balancing right. So we would love to hear your feedback!\n
When its all balanced out after the patches the next planned Version 23.2.0 will finally include a Tutorial so XLarn will be more approachable to new players. It may even include further modernizations but we are just experimenting with that at this point no promises yet.

gameplay changes
- base chance to not miss a monster on hit has increased from around 7% to around 17%
- base chance to not miss a monster will now decrease by around 1% per monster level until a minimum of 7% instead of increasing as caused by a bug before
- added a warning before x-ray traps will kill the player
- x-ray traps are now way more deadly around 100 steps inside until it kills on difficulty 1 down to 28 steps on difficulty 100. Without an Armor around every 70 steps you gain 1 step of resistance. A better armor will give you better resistance.
- quickcast spells no longer need to be deleted before replacing them
- armors no longer need to be torn off before replacing them
- spell range and damage has been changed to be more useful in short spells now fly further
- changed the way spells fly so you can use them again when standing next to a monster
- flying spells will now be stopped by buildings
- trap damage now scales with difficulty and cave depth
- identify scroll will now identify in a square around the player from experience level 25 on all difficulties instead of from difficulty 4
- identify scroll now has a chance to identify in a square around the player which will start at 10% at 25 intelligence/wisdom and increase by 10% each intelligence/wisdom point
- the scarab of spirit protection now correctly cancels special attacks from spirit monster types
- removed higher failure chance for altar melting on difficulties lower than 5
bug fixes
- a bug with difficulty multipliers to miss chance has been fixed. It caused higher difficulties to have an easier miss chance
- fixed DPI scaling on iOS
- fixed a crash in leaderboards on iOS and Android
