- More freedom in shop when navigation (wrap top to bottom, left to right)
- Only show "Collect" hint on level 2 (not when looping)
- 'Trojans' should stop firing when affected by ZEN_AURA
- 'Thugs' should not reflect bullets when affected by ZEN_AURA
- Blue 'Pod' enemies do not drop skulls
- Ensure random timeout powerups do not count towards resume cost
- Added resume timeout cost to HUD
- Save COURAGE when saving checkpoints
- Save angel being played when saving checkpoints to alow resumptions with same angel
- Glitches respect the amount of PROTECTION remaining when starting / finishing
- Create a checkpoint at start of Loop 2 (AKA level 51)
- Added loop value to HUD next to level (e.g. 12.2)
- Added SACRIFICE to checkpoints
- Show angel, CHERUBS, SACRIFICE and GOLEMS on resume chekpoint menu
- Some boss 'randomisaton' when looping
- Hopefully stopped player weapons sounds from not playing

- Reduce the unlock delay for level and boss achievments (now unlocks when exiting level)
- Hide locked angel names on angel selection screen
- Increase cost of SACRIFICE after each purchase

- _Slightly_ increased cost of PROTECTION and GOLEM_LIFE
- Increased dame dealt to enemies when player has MIDAS_TOUCH
