Controls are improved! Steering assist implemented

- A new tutorial level which teaches the basics of the game
- Huge improvement in the controls, from now we have Steering assists. The default value is the medium assist.
- Based on the feedback weve changed the brake force and its stronger from now
- From now on if you are playing against Easy AI and using High steering assist, then youll earn less credit after races, but more if you are not using assist or playing against Hard AI.
- Less fog on Level 2 + rain particle effect added
- Control sensitivity maximum increased to 150%
- Controller mapping simplified
- Several fixes in the distance warning system
- The start countdown SFX pause if you are open the in-game menu
- Changed the homing missile warning SFX
