Current fixes/changes:
- Multiplayer lobby: number of players in lobby gets updated more frequently (once per 5 seconds)
- Options menu is more consistent now and should display correct values
- Options menu: vsync is now "on" or "off", no more levels from 0..4
- Options menu: post processing setting was not working before. Now it is working in-race but not yet in Main Menu
- Xou can't control the ship with keyboard anymore (keyboard controls was never supported, we forgot it was left in the game)

Features:
- Global standings displayed in multiplayer
- Received points are displayed as well in multiplayer, just like in single player
- Multiplayer: a new button added for clients to exit from multiplayer race
- Multiplayer: status field added in the multiplayer lobby list with values IN LOBBY, IN RACE
- Elimination mode added to multiplayer

- multiplayer Results window is no longer displayed for players just joining to a multiplayer lobby
- better handling of disappearing/disconnecting players while a multiplayer race is ongoing
