Updates
- added new spectating feature for players that have died in Cops & Bombers Mode and players that have run out of lives in Survival Mode
- drop keycards on death
- removed input device flags rendering on scores screen without input device connectivity activity
- increased particles sizes
- increased player death particle effect
- decreased Cops & Bombers fuse time from 40s to 32s
- music volume not restoring from saved data properly
- music volume not updating when resetting to default settings
- fixed issue where sound effects were not being disposed of correctly and would eventually fail
