Bug Fixes

Fixed not being able to use Muffs while Infinite Muffs option was enabled unless you already had a Muffs charge
Fixed crosshair cursor rendering incorrectly near the edges of the keyboard/mouse player's viewport
Fixed rocket being invulnerable when not being controlled, but still in-flight
