We have just released patch 1.0.4. You can find the complete changelog below. There is also a Known Issues list on our Discord. The console versions are a bit behind, partly because of the submission process there. We will update the version on consoles as soon as possible. If you want more information about the consoles, youll find it on our Discord. We are currently going through all of your feedback, which is taking longer than we thought, but we want to discuss all feedback with the team. We will be presenting our roadmap next week and are really looking forward to it. Apart from that: Have fun playing Drova. * Fix missing answers when having a dialog with the roots in Forest Primeval ("frozen dialog bug") * Sometimes the quest "A Nest of Bloodfly" could not be completed after destroying all nests * Fix bugs where the game stuck when interacting with Friedels table * Fix bug where "My Very Own Talisman" stuck in dialog * Fix multiple cutscene that stuck because NPCs were blocked by player * Fix multiple cutscene that suck because the NPC talking was out of range * Fix Chunnaic dialog at fire festival that repeats itself if player is on a certain quest * Fix bug where Gradan talks to player about Karottes sword, when preparing for expedition, resulting in softlock * Fix multiple bugs with arena in Remnants' camp resulting in stuck fights/fighters not going to the arena * Fix bug where dialog stuck after bringing back the boot to Dylara * Fix bug where arena quest can't be completed when talking to Angus * Fix bug where weapons can't be given to prisoners if found too early * Fix bug where Jero and Molvina stopped fighting each other, resulting in stuck cutscene

Changes/Tweaks


* Added support for 16:10 (includes Steam Deck) - no more black borders for such resolutions * Added some special characters to our font to improve support for custom translations * Added space to talent tooltip to improve support for custom translations * Increased contrast between selected and unselected dialog choices * You can now opt out of Iron mode to Classic or Explorer if you really want to * Changed stairs behind Merick to avoid easy stealing (aka Karstix' corner has been removed) * Removed reactions of NPCs when player stands in their way * Tweaked multiple hitboxes for different attacks including worm attacks, Bullrush * Reduced volume of certain bird sounds * You can not interact with certain letters in your inventory to open them in your journal * Changing item categories in trading now resets the scrollbar * Caltrops can only be picked up when it didn't hit an enemy yet * Added hint to the next Divine Crystal to Mombert dialog * Added blockers to autosave system to a certain (secret) location to avoid being stuck in a hard fight * Changed achievement description for "That Silver is Mine" to clarify what needs to be done * The dull axe of Bady is no longer sellable * Improved journal entries to clarify how to join Nemeton after talking to Angus * Added dialog to Bady to clarify what is still needed to start the arena fight with Gra * Made treasure maps and notes from Leru visible in the inventory * Removed shallow water at a certain location that looked like it could be blinked on * Changed item categories for some items * Added more purchasable horns * Improved dialog and journal entries to find Muc more easily * Added buff effect when eating with the others in the Refugee * Change dialog with Lobo to reflect him being angry * Improved dialog and journal entries to find Delani more easily * Healing own factions members before starting the big fight with the members of the other faction * Change name of the small mine being attacked by Snaptors to differentiate between the other mines * Add a new recipe to merchants in later chapters * Also destroying a boar cave when the Forest Primeval gets destroyed * Tristan no longer counts as a member of the forest people regarding crimes

Drova - Forsaken Kin is an Action Based RPG filled with handcrafted open world adventures inspired by the much renowned Gothic game series.

A society has discovered the power of a dead empire: to capture the spirits that govern nature and rule over them instead. However, the anger of the remaining spirits divided them. Where will you stand?

Journey through dangerous landscapes, fulfill tasks, fight, trade, take the side in a conflict of factions, gather equipment and become strong enough to survive.

You will fail to find both quest markers and minimaps in Drova. Find your own way instead - just like in classic role-playing games. Study your environment and use the surrounding clues to reveal its mysteries.
