Reign of Bullets updated to version 0.9.0
Main focus of this version was adding more sound effects. A lot of sound effects have been added/changed/tweaked but there are still some sound effects that still have to be implemented. The acid spitter has gotten a big makeover, visually and gameplay wise. It now has a very low firerate, but the damage is increased a lot. This makes the lobbing mechanic a bit more interesting since it is harder to hit an enemy, but if you hit, it will do a lot of damage. The autogun damage has a big effect on the difficulty in the earlier levels. In the previous version it felt like the autogun would obliterate everything in the first few levels, even on the higher difficulties. That's why we lowered the standard damage of the autogun, but increased the effect of an upgrade. Hopefully this will balance out the difficulty in earlier levels. We have also been working on a lot of visual changes, both ingame and in the UI. For example we have added special explosions to all the mini bosses. Ofcourse we've also been working on a lot of bugfixes and performance issues that surfaced on the forums and during our own play sessions.
