CRT Shader added!

I've been messing around with a lot of CRT stuff, been appreciating the enhancements that playing pixel-art games on an old tube television offers, and this got me inspired to port Lotte's public domain CRT shader to my game's engine. This option is now available in the Settings section of the game. Take a look at the results!
