Improvements

• Added buttons to crash handler window to allow the player to reset their settings or set them to minimal
• Trying to publish a level without a name will now show a warning dialog inviting to add a name to the level
• When running out of memory, the game will now allow the user to increase the memory limit
• When opening a corrupted local save of a level, the game will now allow the user to delete the corrupted copy

• Crashes caused by a lack of disk space are now shown in their own message dialog for Windows
• Fixed new level not saving locally after failing to upload it the first time
• Fixed copy-pasting a candle making the colors of both candles be linked together
