We got a new Update for you. It contains the following changes and fixes:
- added avatar decorations everywhere
- added fixed seed setting used for game setup
- added manual steam achievements synchronization (by clicking on the achievement in the in-game profile)
- fixed issues causing AI to freeze and stuck games
- fixed confirming power income order
- fixed confirming terran resource bonus
- fixed Planet Killer AI (again)
- fixed stats against AI not registering
- fixed actions being executed in the wrong game (when quickly switching between games)

Today we released our new scenario feature in Gaia Project. Beat 14 different scenarios and their 4 difficulty levels and gain unique rewards and achievements! This update also introduces a new way to customize your profile. Click on your Avatar in your profile to access it. We added new tabs that will display all profile avatars, frames, corners and badges you collected throughout our games. Gaia Project is the first of our games to get this feature, and other games will follow. As soon as they are updated you will also be able to show your Gaia Project profile rewards in other games. Soon we want to celebrate these new features with you. So dont forget to check our upcoming news on social media!

before we jump right into gaia projects patch notes, we would like to inform you that gaia project will be discounted during the Steam Board Game Event on October 21-25. Update 13 just launched and brings along a community feature request: Retro structures on all UI elements. Previously we added a retro view for the structures on the map, now they will also appear in all their nostalgic glory on the rest of the UI elements if you checked the "Retro Map" view in-game. On another topic - Some of our mac OS users reported that the game won't launch after the last update. After testing we figured that updating the mac to the latest OS should fix this issue. Please let us know if it worked for you. We'll keep an eye on this.

Dear space travelers, we are happy to share our first ideas for the new scenario feature! And we would like you to join the discussion. Tell us which scenarios you like and if you got more ideas: Feel free to share them here. The idea so far: 14 Challenges, one for each faction. Each challenge will have a premade setup and opponent factions where you can play against any of the AI difficulty levels. What will make the challenges really cool is that we will often bend the rules a little bit in each scenario maybe some new unique tech tiles or scoring conditions. Some challenges will also have an extra condition that you have to satisfy in addition to winning the game. For example, maybe the Geodens challenge will require you to win and have 9 planet types colonized. We have high-level concepts for a couple of these challenges and are fleshing out the details on some more. Some more example challenges: The Spice Must Flow Whenever anyone colonizes a desert planet, they gain a choice of either 1q, 4c, or 4vp. There are no q on any of the round boosters and you must win the game and be in all 10 sectors. Cornucopia The power level of all buildings is increased by 1. You have to build all 18 of your structures. Fahrenheit 451 An anti-research game. You play Ambas and are trying to stifle innovation throughout the galaxy. Some of the round scorings are negative points for advancing research. You cannot have any research areas above Level 2. Planet Killer You play Nevlas against the Ivits. The Ivits are heavily favored in the setup and start with a few mines in addition to their normal PI. However, the advanced tech on the Science track is a special action that costs 12 power and completely destroys a planet. More Power! Each of the power actions has their cost reduced by 1. Our community on discord also suggested: Mirror Match - Play against the same faction as your own. [hr][/hr] For the people who are interested in some of the new game components were thinking of (some of these are hinted at in the upcoming expansion): [expand type=showmore] Power action: 3p --> 2 temp range Power action: 4p --> 1c, 1o, 1k QIC action: 4q --> federation tile QIC action: 5q --> 2 research advancements Federation tile: 4vp, 2q, resources at end are worth 1vp per 2 End scoring: most tech levels Round booster: +2q, +4pw, -1o Round booster: +2c, 3vp per federation Standard tech: +1 permanent range Standard tech: immediately build mine with free step Standard tech: special action of spend 1k to get 2o Standard tech: special action of spend 4c to get 8vp Advanced tech: immediately 1vp per satellite Advanced tech: immediately 5vp per PI and Academy [/expand] [hr][/hr] So, what do you think?
