Since Steam players do not log in through that page, they may be unaware that there is a rule against account trading. I recently had a few reports of Steam players being scammed by others selling accounts, so I wanted to make sure everyone who plays the game is aware of the rules (which prohibit account selling, sharing, or trading), so they do not get scammed. - Any player may review the terms of service any time in game by saying 'tos'.
