Updated sound event type for the background music event in fmod, different implementation type set.

Fixed admin summon not working. Added support for multiple servers and group-specific instances [3827]

Adjusted music mix considerably for the fmod music implementation, sounding more natural now.

Updates to the SFX mix for the player ship a bit and in accordance to the background music event.

- SFX for collecting silver coins while playing PvP mode

Fix for old sprite outlines staying on screen.

Added new sounds to fmod events for "affection" emotion on critters and sounds for cat meows (cats interacted with).
