updated battle ui manager to skip coroutines on isBatchMode() / added null handlers for input manager and camera for fade coroutines

- Fixed NullReference issue with sea monster chain lightning.

- Fixed issue where the PvpScoreboard could be closed after the game ended.

- SeaMonsters are now destroyed when a PvpGame ends.
