  • Fixed bug where overworld vehicle traffic would not pre-populate with the time-speedup dev tool turned on.
  • Fixed bug where the time-speedup dev tool was causing the sound effect that plays when walking in water to not change speed when the player started running.
  • Fixed bug that might cause in-game dialogue to be replaced with developer debug text.
