v0.21 is now live

A small update this time:

Firstly, theres been a few subtle main menu changes to help improve the visual flow of things - youll now find Controls under the Options menu.
The Canyon environment now has both Zone 1 and Zone 2 mostly complete - Several new obstacles etc are now present, and additional girders and metal support structures are included.
The Forest Boss has had some updates, which include some some fixes to the acid spit phase, and additional small spiders now spawn during phases 2 and 3.
Finally, the Industrial Boss now spawns a variety of pickups along the track as you fight it - these can be positive OR negative ones, so this adds a good amount of extra challenge to the fight.
