-Retextured main panel. Should be a bit cleaner. -Renewers no longer heal as much. -New: Each large map now has bed (somewhere). -Retextured the People's Nexus. -Change: Traveling by vehicle costs less fuel now. -Reset and Randomize buttons added to Character Creation for stat allocation stage. -Random Pick button added to stat allocation menu. -Backup saves button added. (only backs up, will not restore them for you) -Delete button now really securely deletes. -Fixed: lowered some floating toxic spills/clouds. -Fixed: found a bug that screwed up things when loading pre 0.63 saves. -Fixed: a file deletion could breakdown when saving over a file. -Fixed: saves.dat reading issue.
