Go to portraits\custom (windows OS) folder or portaits/custom (linux OS) folder and read the readme.txt
These should be protected from being overwritten when the game updates.
-Added Textpad. You may use it to make notes about whatever.
It should persist if you save.
-For Textpad: use export function to make .txt file out of what you wrote.
-Repairman now sells C-Picks.
-Added a Repairman to Blue Hilltop Market.
-Removed devjournal. Only accessible in hidden cheat mode now.
-Removed Fuel item and C-picks from container ontop of the People's Nexus.
(note: CarMechanic still sells fuel ups.)
