-Fix: CarMechanic not refueling. -Fix: CarMechanic not repairing. -New/Change: Added interior buildings to the world. Specifically to large towns. These are now where external weapons initially spawn. -New: Lore caches added. -New/Change: Decorated underground passage to Lagorigana library more.
