Hello!!! Welcome to the first Academy Newsletter, where each month we bring you the latest news and updates on your new school, Kraken Academy! 2021 has been a super exciting year so far!! Last month we announced that weve partnered up with the awesome people at Fellow Traveller to publish Kraken Academy!!


To celebrate, we answered a few questions on Discord, you can watch the Q&A on YouTube if you missed it:


[u]Development[/u]

Earlier this month we finished the Sports & Drama quests and started on the boss fights. Annika has mainly been focused on the animations (sooo many animations! :D) and Joni has been hooking up the different phases and polishing! We want to make sure the bossfight is epic and has a satisfied ending. Here's some of the battle stages we can show you without revealing too much!



Weve also started on localisation, with German, French and Simplified Chinese (for now), and did some brainstorming for the side quests.

[u]Casting[/u]

After receiving over 900 applications on our latest casting call, weve found 7 new voices for some of our characters:
Amanda Parker as Patitsa Jessica Spencer as MarinShiena as YukiSean Chiplock as JeanJoshua Cookingham as the Cafeteria Lord Brendan Blaber as both the Janitor and Ivan
and Brian David Gilbert as the player character and Mr Whistler!!
