Hello and welcome to the March edition of the Academy Newsletter! This is what weve been working on this month!

[u]Development[/u]
Annika has been writing the dates! This means you will be able to take Broccoli Girl to the newly opened water park, go with Simona to the movies and take Vladimir out to a market fair.
(This is how Broccoli Girl looks like in a swimsuit :D)

We also finished writing the side quests and we really love how theyve come together, cant wait to show them to the world!!
There will be an unusual family reunion, an uprising of the machines and youll have to help write a love letter, just to name a few.

Joni has implemented the final scenes of the game, including the final boss battles and has been pottering about the Drama club, fixing up things here and there.

[u]Character Intros[/u]

This month weve introduced Ana and the Players Mom!

Ana is a clumsy art student who makes sculptures. She loves her grandma very much and writes her letters every week. Shes voiced by Lizzie Freeman !


The players mom is a single mother. Although she does her best, you can tell that your sister is the favourite child. She takes care of your belongings while you're away in boarding school, which results in her selling half of your N69 games and comics. Voiced by Nola Klop !


[u]Merch[/u]

After being stuck in customs for over 3 weeks, the Broccoli Girl pins have finally arrived!!! There will be a chance to win one closer to release, join our Discord if you want to know more :D



We started sending merch to all collaborators in the game: voice over actors, artists, etc. Our printer stopped working so we had to label every envelope by hand D: was a lot of fun though!



[u]Casting call[/u]

We just announced our latest casting call!!
This time our open roles range from lovely grandma to vampire drama teacher :D

You can apply here until the 7th of April.


[u]Events[/u]

Were part of IWOCon which is now live until the 2nd of April, and its been so much fun so far!!

Oh and we were also nominated for the Valencia Indie Awards :)
