New Monsters
- Take on missions that put you up against a variety of monsters. Monsters have less Block and a smaller set of abilities, but have increased HP, Magic, and Strength.
- 6 Monster sprites that make up 40 possible new enemies.

Beastiary
- A new option appears at Recruitment Center that displays all monsters you've run into. As you expand your bestiary, you'll earn rewards (Epic Mode Only).
New Missions
- Creature Cull: Defeat a random set of monsters
- Monster Hunt: Take out the powerful monster-boss. Rewards a Treasure.
- Titans: Post-game mission sequence where you must defeat an extremely powerful Titan (a monster-boss with overpowered abilities).
New Items
- Dragon Armor: Gain ability Summon Dragon
- Scorpion Staff: Gain ability Summon Scorpion
- Ring of Arachnids: Gain ability Summon Broodling
- Storm Shield: Absorb Lightning Damage
- Demon's Ring: Gain ability Acquire Strength
- Venon Blade: Gain ability Venomous Strike
- Poison Staff: Gain ability Poison
- Pyromancer's Mask: Gain Rage: Flames
- Arcane Cloak: Increase Magic upon Rage trigger

Steam Cloud
- Players can now open a save file on Steam Cloud.
- Unfortunately, cannot transfer existing files to the cloud

Survival Mode Fixed
- Removed Party Upgrade missions. Was never intended to be part of this game-mode.
- Missions levels will rise to 90% of the next story mission. So there will no longer be lingering easy-missions.
- As a result of these two changes the game mode should be more difficult, I'll reset the leaderboard closer to the release date.

Color Changes
- Terrain across the game is less saturated
- The UI is less saturated
- All characters' colors have been redone. Colors are lighter and saturation is more consistent.
- Black colors on characters have moved closer to dark-blue, dark-green, or magenta.
New Features and Improvements
- Turn Panel Hover: Hovering over a character in the turn-panel with a mouse will show an effect over the corresponding unit
- The UI Turn Panel now works properly with Pyromancer's Gem and Kings' Crown
- First few job-levels provide double the Job-Points (Upgrading jobs felt too slow early on)
- Improved Commander and Pyromancer Sprites
- New Mercenaries for hire. Larger of variety of mercenaries to hire at the Recruitment center.
- Players can now trade special items (Treasures). The treasures are divided into a handful of buckets.
- Rogue's "Strength and Magic" passive skill (Use the max between the two) now works during battle and not just before battle. It will also work with Arcane Staff.
- Speed, Focus, Strength, Magic and other job-upgrades have more description
- Arrest Warrant Mission will show the next enemy to defeat as the character in the Mission List screen
Bug Fixes and AI Improvements
- Fixed Astromancer's lack of ability to use Meteor
- Disease Icon is removed when character no longer has disease
- No longer a slight delay in summoning units. Sprites are loaded before battle
- Fixed issue where Curse was not always working as intended (some skills avoided the effect)
- Fixed Holy Cloak + incorrectly reducing wearer's speed
- Fixed Champions Crown + and Mystic Pendant + (weren't increasing stats)
- Rock Armor affects Teleport-Move and not just Move
- Reinforcements have names
- Removed final Blacksmith Rarity mission that would crash the game
- Fixed issue where Triple-cast was not indicated as needing to be unlocked for Sorcerer
- Fixed issue where cure was indicated as needing to be unlocked for Paladin
- Fixed crash that could occur with Archer and Plague
- Fixed Bug/Crash with Kings' Crown description
- Aligned characters on Load Game button
- Fixed price of Celestial Pendant +
- AI will cast less often when enemies are nearby
- AI Melee units with Range abilities will not behave as though he were a range unit
- AI will use Fireball more often
- AI will stop using Ice Shield on enemies and use it on allies
- AI with Deflect or Ice Shield are less likely to cower away from Ice Shards
- AI Mystic Knights are a little smarter and will not use Mystic Blade as often
- AI will avoid attacking bombs or earth pillars for little reason
- AI will choose better targets for Summon Bandit and Summon Lancer
