TW: Mentions of  mental health specifically anxiety and depression

This game is a visual novel video game that dives into mental health and the connection it has to phone addictions.  As the player, you get to decide whether or not you choose to use your phone before going to bed. Depending on the choices that you make through your playthrough, you may run into a monster or two. This game is meant to be a safe place to learn and face our own mental health and addictions.
