Downloadable technical demo available for Windows, Mac and Linux.

Under Stasis is a technical demo for a game currently under development that will feature fast-paced shooting and a 3D world with 16-bit pixel art visuals.

We have been working on this game since the beginning of 2021 and we are happy to release a technical demo that you can play right now! Download links are below!

Please keep in mind that this is an early built of the game with unfinished features and partial content. It reflects our current progress and does not constitute a complete polished gaming experience. We release this demo because we believe it is important to involve the gaming community early on to get precious feedback. If you encounter any bug or wish to share any thought or suggestion, please tell us in the comments! We wish to make this game as enjoyable as possible and we thank you for helping us in that process!

This demo features 15-20 minutes of gameplay. You will experience part of a Zelda-like dungeon. It includes:

  • A tutorial to get familiar with the base movement mechanics
  • Various puzzles to solve
  • Some gun fighting
  • A few chests and consumables
  • Player stats display and a minimap of area explored
  • The beginning of the skill tree
  • Remappable keyboard and mouse controls (you might be able to map them to your controller inputs as well but we do not support it officially yet)
  • A saving system (manual and autosave)

Radiant Sloth is a one-man-army, backed by precious friends for testing and polishing. I am an indie French developer with computer science background and a passion for stories. I strive to make games that you will enjoy as much as I loved creating them. That’s why I like to carefully think about what I design and to polish until things feel just right.

Project Stasis is made with the Godot engine. I post regular devlogs on Radiant Sloth's blog. If you are interested in technical aspects or simply want to keep up to date with our latest progress, please check it out!
