This is a simple bullet hell game to play. There are 3 episodes: Inferno, Blizzard, and Deity. Each episode contains 5 levels to play. If you successfully complete a level, you will be rewarded with a special card, which grants you a special ability for some time by clicking on it. Holding shift allows you to slow down for more precise movement.
