The world is in peace, famine is a term of the past and everyone is living peaceful and a happy life, besides a group that nobody knows and cares about: the Demons.

The game is about a demon who manages to get out of Hell to get revenge on a specific group of humans, Wizards of the Crystal. The player explores the world from the perspective of the demon and unveils the mysteries that are hidden on the earth.    Crystal of Light is a classical visual novel that is created using an open-source visual novel engine: Ren’py. 

I wanted to create a short visual novel that has middle-age fantasy setup that I am familiar with from many RPGs such as Dungeons and Dragons, Blizzard’s Diablo series, and other similar titles. The major difference from those settings, I wanted to make was deciding to put the player on the demon’s side.

Gameplay is quite self explanatory.
