SQUARE: Block the World is the beginning of Project Square being used for the greater good, and that means saving the entire world from an asteroid shower. Vaporize those in your path, make it to the depths of the galaxy, and maybe after all that we'll find a way to get you home. Eventually.

The world's most brilliant and scientific minds have been collectively working together to create a perfect shuttle to protect the earth with. Today was the projected day for doomsday, where the asteroid belt would come to crash with Earth and destroy everything. SQUARE is the last hope of humanity, being a shuttle in which its bullets can vaporize any asteroid it shoots. Your goal is to go deep into the belt and block the world from disaster. After your excellent performance, and your ammo has been used up, it would be time to take the galactic highway back home.

Game Specifics:
Pause with ESC.
Move with AD or Arrow keys.
Shoot bullets with LMB or Spacebar.
Move faster with LCRTL and move slower with LShift.
Speed up and slow down time with WS or Arrow keys:
    Fast speed triples your point gain (2p a frame -> 6p a frame)
    Slow speed removes 10 points a frame (2p a frame -> -10 a frame)
    Standard speed gives 2 points a frame without powerups, 1 point a frame with powerups.
    Press the speed you're in (W for Fast, S for Slow) to return to normal.

Swap powerups with 1234:
    Triple Shot costs 4500 points (Loses 2 ammo per shot)

    Piercing Shot costs 6000 points

    Big Shot costs 3000 points

    Standard Shot returns 1500 points (Not a powerup)

    All powerups reduce points gained by half (2p a frame -> 1p a frame in standard speed)
