It's a simple game really.

You get points as long as your workers are working. You see your score on the upper right corner. On the left you see how motivated your workers are. Once the green spirit of motivation sinks under the red warning mark you've lost.

If someone isn't motivated enough scream at them.

Shouting  -  Space
