To Move : up, down, left, right, or tap

To Select:  Enter,  space bar, or tap

For Menu: hit Esc key, or two finger swipe, like you are expanding a photo. 

                         You can also hit the onscreen Back button 

To exit a menu:  press Esc key, go back, or tap screen with two fingers (spread out)
