What if nobody was born with arms, but instead they were handed out to those with either the money or the status to acquire them.  This bizarre concept and more will be explored in the game:

What is this?

Why Am I Armed? is an RPG game that has the player explore a slightly odd world, while sometimes getting into fights with the ones who live there. Meet the nose goblins, who reside in the game's first area: The Nose Forest.

Playtime: Around 1 hour

When will the full game come out?

Hard to say since there is only one developer working on this on his spare time. But I'm aiming for early 2024 hopefully, though time will tell.

How is this being made?

I'm using RPG maker 2003, which quite a limited program, but it has forced me to keep the scope smaller and has made me come up with some creative solutions to problems that other programs maybe wouldn't.

All the art, music and sound effects are made by me, and is a bit of a creative puke I pieced together into a game.

Influences?

Some players may notice some similarites to other games, so I'll list some games that have inspired me in the creations of my games/music. Games such as Other: Her loving embrace, OFF, Space funeral, Deltarune/Undertale, IB and Yume Nikki are some examples. OFF especially has influenced my worldbuilding, and some of my design choices. The games I listed are all games with a small team behind them, which results in games the developers have poured a lot of themselves into. That is what I wish to do with this game, but with me and my silly little brain! :)
