The second gate is opened with a key which is located not far from it. The third gate has a combination lock. There are 4 signs in total on the map, 3 of them contains reference for figuring out the numbers.

Controls:

WASD - Move
Ctrl - Crouch
Mouse Move - Look around
Left Mouse / E - Interact
Right Mouse - Hold to open inventory, mouse move to select/inspect
Combination lock - use the buttons above and below the numbers to rotate

This game requires quite a beefy PC to run. If you are on a laptop or a weaker desktop, you might need to reduce the system screen resolution to 720p or lower before launching the game.
