Controls:

Arrow keys to move

Space to jump

R to restart if you get stuck (not included in tutorial)

Q to quit back to main menu (not included in tutorial)

M to open Map (not included in tutorial and new to V0.1.7)

Warning:

Should warn in advance this is not an easy game... even on easy - but yes the toughest difficulty is possible.

Sound is though out and there is one major clue given via audio (sorry no text)

Note: The HTML version can be a little clunky would highly recommend downloading the executable version.
