Its not actually online, but its super duper fun. In single player you can explore the map and unlock 2 characters. In split screen mode, you and your best buddy can race each other, whilst playing as one of our 5 custom characters. They can race in 3 different maps, and its timed so you can compare best times with all of your best buddy's. There's also a pushy push mode where you and your best bed unleash your anger at each other by pushing the other one off the map. You can also explore the regular mega sized map, but with your best buddy.  Also, if you save the game each time you log off, when you click on the stats menu it shows you a lot of fun cool statitics of all the stuff youve done, how many times youve jumped, how much times player one has won, so on and so forth.
