v0.3 is out NOW!

Hi! It's Yiming here and this is my hand-made painting program, it's called "Our Paint"!

It has these features:

- Infinite canvas
- Node based brushes
- Spectral mixing
- GPU based brush (good performance)
- Small executable size
- And many more awesome features!

It's available for windows and linux.

If you encounter blue window when starting Our Paint, make sure you are using dedicated video card for the program, or to report to me the output of `./OurPaint --gl-debug`. Thanks!
