This Bullet Heaven Survival game was made for GBJam11 from Sept 15-25 2023.

BACK STORY:

In 1995, my friend Michael (first name Dante) and I had a dream game called Aliens Don't Play Pogs, with a play style similar to Gauntlet and Zombies Ate My Neighbors. Our ambition was to create a full design document and send it to Konami, as if they'd make our game into a reality. We were in 3rd grade after all. As it turns out, we didn't have enough ideas to make a whole game. But there were a few ideas, all of which I've decided to honor in this tribute to our old game idea and friends we chose to feature in our game.
