DISCLAIMER:
Neither of us own a Mac, so while the executable for the game for a Mac is available, it is untested.
Windows, Linux and Embedded Web App all run correctly.

Gameplay:

You are a squirrel harvesting whatever food and supplies you can before winter starts!
You have 30 seconds to collect as many leaves, acorns and pumpkins as you can and bring them back to the hole in the tree to score points.
However, you only have limited amount of space in your paws to carry thing back! You have four slots which you can fill at a time; each leaf takes one slot, acorns two, and pumpkins all four.

Controls:

Keyboard + controller support.
Movement: WASD / Arrow Keys / Left Stick / D-pad
Interact:  E / F / Space / Enter (PC)  / X (PS) / A (Xbox) / B (Nintendo)

Credits:

  • Font used in the game is November font from Tepid Monkey Fonts on 1001 Fonts.
  • HeartBeast for the tutorials that inspired us to enter this game jam.
  • Aseprite was used to create all sprites in the game, and BeepBox for the sound effects.


Retrospective:

This is our first Godot Game Jam, and as such the focus was to just make a complete game while making it as polished as possible. The mechanics and gameplay of the game are very simple, but we are quite happy that we managed to make a game in the time we had (we spent ~30 hours each on this project).
