Use your charge attack to launch enemies!

This beta release features five linear levels - which should take on average 20 minutes to beat - as well as an Arcade Mode where you can really put your skills to the test in a bunch of difficult challenges.

Note that while you can select all levels from the get-go, you are supposed to play them in order - the free level selection was mainly left in for accessibility reasons, for example so you can still see the final level if you get stuck on level 4.

Finally, if action games are not your cup of tea, you can turn on Easy Mode in the settings at any time to take significantly less damage and hopefully have a better experience.

/!\ For trackpad users:

It is heavily recommended to play using a mouse or a controller, but if you only have a trackpad at your disposal keep in mind you can attack using Left Shift and throw the grenade using Left Alt (Left Option for MacOS).

--------------------------------------------

/!\ For MacOS users:

In case you have problems opening the app, try running this command in the terminal from the Applications folder

chmod -R +x Onigiri.app/Contents/MacOS

In case that fails, try unzipping the archive through a third party tool such as The Unarchiver, as the default Mac unzipper can sometimes cause problems.
