A very simple arcade tank game aimed at re-creating/modernising Combat(1977) in Unity while utilising a number of fundamental video game programming principles as part of a video games programming course at Swansea University. It's fairly rough around the edges aesthetically speaking (no audio, no animations, catastrophic UI, etc.) since the primary purpose of the course was to teach a series of programming principles and concepts in a relatively short time. The actual purpose of the game was to demonstrate understanding of the coursework material in practice rather than to be a polished gaming experience but even so, functionally it's entirely playable so if you'd like to give it a go feel free to download.

It features a singleplayer mode where you can play through the 10 levels on your own against a very basic AI opponent. Alternatively, there's local multiplayer mode where one tank is controlled with WASD+spacebar and the other is controlled with arrow keys+lmb if you want to play against a friend.
