Rendez-Doug is overall a sweet, light-hearted and wholesome game, and it never gets too dark or too deep about its themes. The game is 13+ due to slightly suggestive jokes (but doesn't contain explicit language).

Rendez-Doug Walkthrough

SANDRA ENDING 1: When Doug asks you if you could be in a relationship without sex, you have to answer you couldn't.
SANDRA ENDING 2: When Doug asks you if you could be in a relationship without sex, you have to either tell him you could or tell him you are asexual. When he confesses, tell him you'd rather stay friends.
SANDRA ENDING 3: When Doug asks if you could be in a relationship without sex, you have to either tell him you could or tell him you are asexual. When he confesses, tell him you love him back (a few lines will change depending on whether you told him you were ace or not).

ADRIEL ENDING 1: When Doug asks you if you could be in a relationship without sex, you have to answer you couldn't. Then, when given the possibility, confess your feelings to him.
ADRIEL ENDING 2: Don't confess to Doug. The first choice mentioned before (the one about whether or not you'd have a relationship without sex) doesn't matter for this ending.
ADRIEL ENDING 3: When Doug asks you if you could be in a relationship without sex, you have to answer you could. Then, when given the possibility, confess your feelings.
