The most super, hyper, awesome and EXTREME game around!

I put a lot of work into zazzing this one up, and to help generate a bit of early buzz I'm running a little competition for launch day. I happen to have a Steam key for Hollow Knight going spare, and I intend to offer it to whoever has the highest score on the leaderboard by 12:00 noon (London time) on April 2nd 2024. (I'd make it midnight the night before, but that feels a little unfair to people farther west of me.)

One massive caveat here is that the leaderboard won't save anything but a name, and I'll have to have some way of getting that key to you. If you want a shot at that copy of Hollow Knight, I'd recommend recording your score using a name that's both readily recognisable as being unique to you. The leaderboard shows new scores highlighted in white, so posting a screenshot of your shiny new one in a comment below (or anywhere else publicly visible online) would also be a big help in proving that it was yours - and potentially a very welcome way to spread the word about the game!

Ultimately this is more of a friendly giveaway than anything, and there's every chance the prize will end up going to someone some way down the list (either because I couldn't get hold of higher scoring players, or they turned it down). If you reckon you may have won it do feel free to get in touch with me - there's a handy page on my website - but also be aware that if you put yourself down as "Steve" and I can't be sure that's you, I may still prefer to send the Steam key to someone more recognisable further down the list.
