Fixes and improvements:

• fixed an issue with multiple clicks on a single sigil
• improved the good/bad sigil visual separation
• added a difficulty-setting screen
• added movement hints to "how to play" screen
• fireball frequency now scales with the difficulty
• fix the menu theme not playing after win/loss
