small datacenter simulation prototype

current "gameplay":

• place devices (uplink, router, switch, server)
• start connecting devices by clicking on ports (clicking while drawing a connection will place an addition control point)
• earn money by connecting servers to uplinks (via switches and routers ideally)
• press mouse wheel button and drag mouse to move view
• press play button to start simulation
