3/14/2020: Pre-release 0bef3
0bef3 is the first patch for Operation Livelock. It fixes a few issues (notably a persistent seizure warning) that were found in the demo and repackages the built executables. Previously, they were not uploaded properly and resulted in improperly structured folders. This is now fixed.
