This game was created to improve your reaction time and fps aiming and flicking, it's nothing much but will definitely help. The game took a couple of days, and since it's free why not give it a try. my suggestion would be to play the game for a bit, maybe record if you're improving or not, and once you think you're ready hop into your favourite fps game, or get your friend to test you on how fast you can do what he says.
