Hook head is a tight, short platformer made in a non-continuous 24-hours over a week for the University of Birmingham's GDS Fall-O-Ween 2020 Jam. Everyone in the jam had to use the same art kit by frecklebars. The game got #1 in Gameplay, Polish and Creative Use of Art Kit but #3 Overall due to lack of sound - oops!

The main mechanic is a hook that you unlock after a few screens of jumping and slashing, which can be used as both a movement tool and as a way of bringing enemies closer to slice them up.
