Update V0.2.9.2 - Track Builder update, phase 1

-Improved road tool
-Track builder theme changes
-Lighting and sky improvements

-Disabled geolocation globe track thumbnails for now

This is the phase 1 of the Track Builder updates. Road tool will be further improved based on feedback and needs. Rest of the tools will receive improvements next.
