Hello everyone! We have finally finished the long-awaited patch and are ready to tell you what will change in version 0.7.8.
As we mentioned in some previous news posts, most of our time was spent on four new scenes with the cultist, which we added to the previous content. The rest of the changes are not as extensive, but are intended to improve certain aspects to make the game more comfortable and enjoyable for you.
So, here is a list of all the changes:
1. In the second chapter on the island, we added the sound of leaves to the scene with Benno.
2. Fixed typos in the text that players sent us.
3. Added 4 new NSFW scenes with cultist Sarah (text, animations) to previous scenes (prison, captain's cabin, corridor with cabins).
4. Improved and detailed the sprite of Exana de Jirde.
5. Improved and detailed the sprites of Beatrice and Montel, Benno's uncle and aunt
6. In Dentwon prison, when the cultist is released, added a background with a missing door to the cell (according to Fab's text, he removes it, but the background did not change)
7. Improved and detailed the sprite of the merchant in Dentwon
8. Added water to the background before the island during the storm - now it appears in the hold, as described in the text
9. In Anna's cabin, reduced the shadow of the gun that Philipp asks to find. Now it doesn't stand out so much from the background
10. In the first chapter after the battle with the smugglers, added a position with closed eyes for the weasel Ordy (when the weasel is lying on the bed).
11. Updated the sprite of the cultist Sarah so that she stands in a 3/4 position like the others.
12. During Tovenaar's story about the history of the world (after the island), instead of the cabin background, we drew 9 sketches illustrating events from the past.
13. In Anna's cabin, we changed the color of the two dildos to a more natural color.
14. We added artwork of Fabian and Olivia kissing during their date before the storm.
15. In Dentwon, the trade window was updated to match the new one in Fortuna's Shop.
16. Fixed a bug where if you completed only one quest for the elders in Podwodje and left, it was impossible to return to the temple.
17. In the trade window, the button to end the trade has been moved to a more logical location, instead of being at the bottom of the screen.
18. In the mini-game Drinking with Ka in the tavern, the background for the tutorial window has been updated, replacing the forgotten test version with the current one.
19. During one of the evening hubs, it was possible to help Miss Brown find her hat. The problem was that if you took the quest but didn't find the hat and went to sleep, the quest remained in the diary forever, but it was impossible to complete it. Now it disappears if you haven't completed this mini-quest.
20. Before starting a new game, we added a window for players who don't know how to turn off mini-games in the options, where you can choose to play with or without mini-games. You can still change this in the options.
21. In the Hissaras quest, during the escape scene through the caves, we added more sounds for atmosphere.
We are smoothly approaching the next story update and want to release it in July. It will be followed by Chapter 5, which we will most likely also split into several parts (at least the main story, side quests, and endings). We really hope to finish the game next summer.
Additionally, we're pleased to announce a special collaboration! We're now working with TinyHat Studios, they are a publishing label who will be helping us out on the marketing side of things. Now we'll be able to spend more time focusing on the game itself!

To begin with, we wanted to say that this was the most difficult update for us. And it's not entirely clear why. Everything that could go wrong - went wrong. We redesigned a lot and couldn't understand many things, we procrastinated because of translation problems, but in the end we managed. Yes, some of the details are already on the tests added to the list of the next patch, but the stable basis is there.
In this update, you'll have to finally complete all of the Elders' tasks, help the three girls solve their problems in personal quests, engage in resource gathering, and explore locations around the city.

In January we had an unpleasant situation and had to find a new translator. At this time, the work on the story continuation has been suspended, but we have been busy editing the past content.

The last patch fixed a lot of issues and improved the NSFW part. Now everything is back to normal and we are continuing, or rather finishing the update work. The team thinks that we overestimated ourselves a bit and expanded the underwater part so much that the next update (the third of four) is similar in size to the whole first chapter. This is very good for the game and for you, but difficult for us. It just so happens that the competent division into releases led us to make the first underwater part small and the third one huge. This has taken its toll on the speed of development, but we're getting close to the finale.
Hello, dear players! How are you doing? We're doing okay (not good, but not bad either). Let's talk about the news that happened recently. There are a lot of them. Let's start with the sad one: one of the outsourced artists (that drew 18+ scenes) is leaving us for six months, but she drew all the necessary artwork for that time in advance. Also, the translator has found a full time job and will no longer be working with us. This is sad, as we'll have to find a new translator, bring her/him up to speed, and try to somehow match the past type of narration. We're already in the process of looking, but we're afraid we'll delay the update because of this situation. We'll see how it goes.

So, as has been said many times before, we decided to break chapter 4 into several parts so you don't have to wait years for a new update. There are now 8 parts designated, the first of which has been released. The 0.6.4 update turned out to be a small one, but that's the way we planned it. At first, we planned to spend the first weeks fixing the bugs and problems encountered by the players, but fortunately, no serious problems were identified by anyone. This confirms that our testers and programmer did a great job! It also means that we will most likely not release minor patches and will immediately move on to the development of Chapter 2.
