Meet Kodama and Yamabiko - your gardening guides on an adventure around the world to find elusive plants descended from The Great Tree, in a quest to revive the long-forgotten species.
Using power of the Master Gardener to recreate genetic traits from any encountered plant, with the help of the joyful Kodama, wise Yamabiko, agroecology techniques, and modern gardening tools, you will restore balance to abandoned orchards, famous parks, and secret gardens. Your efforts will sustain environments where the rarest native plants can grow, allowing you to collect the genes inherited from their once-great ancestor and recreate the lost Great Tree, part by part, one reclaimed gene at a time.

The seeds are planted. You have watered the plant, given it enough access to sun, made sure the soil is aerated enough for roots to healthily develop, kept the pH perfect throughout the whole growth, and carefully managed the perfect amount of N/P/K/Ca/Fe/Mg. You have kept the nibbling critters away, made sure no pests have made a feast of its leaves, and grown it fungi and disease free. It's time for harvest! ...And it is a really disappointing harvest.
