Not to mention a big reshuffle in the team that took place last year due to that we decided to rewrote all core game code from scratch. Throughout it all, our motivation has been to deliver a game that meets the high standards we set for ourselves and that our community expects. However this is only the first step.

Delay :


We want to apologize and address the delay in our initial launch plans. This decision was not made lightly. Our guiding principle has always been to prioritize quality over profits. We believe in taking the time to do things right, even if it means making difficult decisions along the way.
We received valuable feedback from Valve and several trustworthy community members and content creators. Their insights highlighted areas where Vorax could benefit from additional polish. While we felt the game was ready for Early Access release, we recognized the importance of making a strong first impression. An Early Access launch on Steam is a significant event, and we want to ensure that Vorax is as polished as possible for this crucial moment. We took the occasion to introduce at last second two much requested features like:
  • headbob removal ( now it is disabled by default )
  • multiple shotgun shells
and we are working to re-introduce our 'vintage' orange HUD in a couple of days this week. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and deliver a game that truly stands out in the survival horror genre.

Current Status and Future Plans:



The Early Access launch of Vorax is just the beginning. The game has already a lot of content , but with your help with will grow even more. We are committed to continuously improving and enhancing the game based on your feedback. Our roadmap includes regular updates, new content, and ongoing refinements to ensure that Vorax evolves and improves over time. Vorax: 2 weeks to release

Operatives, As we move into the final phase before the early access release of "Vorax," scheduled for July 18th, it is crucial to brief you on the latest developments and newly integrated content. This bulletin will cover enemy updates, new playable areas, and additional weapons. Among the new threats identified on the island are the Spitflowers, a particularly dangerous form of infected flora.
These plant-based adversaries are a grotesque hybrid of vegetal and human DNA. Though the exact origins of Spitflowers are shrouded in mystery, it is known that a scientist with a dark sense of humor was responsible for their creation. This scientist was infamous for his eerie laughter, and it seems his creations have inherited this trait, as they can sometimes be heard screaming and laughing in the night.
These abominations discharge toxic projectiles, posing a significant threat to anyone within their range. Engage with caution and neutralize them from a distance where possible. It is important to note that Spitflowers are not an isolated mutation; much of the island's flora has been similarly infected, creating an environment where even the vegetation is hostile. A new formidable enemy has also been identified: the Carapx Boss. This heavily armored behemoth requires tactical precision and specialized weaponry for engagement. Its resilient exterior makes it a high-priority target that should not be underestimated.
In terms of exploration, several new areas have been made accessible. The School, a strategic location equipped with a secret military vault, demands both combat readiness and investigative skills. The Electric Central, a critical infrastructure zone, is essential for restoring power to the island and enabling further exploration. The Olive Factory introduces complex machinery and processing equipment, offering opportunities for resource gathering and tactical engagements. Lastly, the Sanctuary, a historical site now compromised, provides strategic vantage points but is fraught with hidden threats.
Our arsenal has been significantly expanded to meet these new challenges. Sticky Bombs, designed for precision placement, are effective against heavily armored enemies and strategic targets. Organic Bait Traps lure and incapacitate mutants, providing versatile options for both offensive and defensive strategies. Additional weapons have been integrated to ensure tactical versatility; detailed operational manuals will be provided upon acquisition. This extensive content update will be part of the "Vorax" early access release on July 18th. Operatives are expected to familiarize themselves with the new threats, environments, and tools to maximize mission success.

PMCW Intelligence Document No. 010178. Information in our possession is conflicting, but it seems that the infection has spread very quickly within a few days, perhaps even in a few hours. It seems that in the hours immediately following the outbreak of the infection, 43rd NATO airborne battalion was sent to the island but all contacts were lost after only 8 hours. PMCW considers this matter with the utmost importance. Objectives of team W1 are:

  • Locate the biolab
  • Take in vitro samples of the pathogen (codename: "Vorax")
  • Liquidate surviving medical personnel (optionally) and any witnesses.
In NO case must the presence of the PMCW be revealed. Every W1 squad member is equipped with cyanide capsules. Squad commander is authorized to start liquidation procedure in case of emergency. There are also several settlements, a main village, a hotel and tourist attractions. In the event of an emergency landing, or loss of tactical equipment, each squad member is trained to survive in a hostile environment. As a good mercenary of a private military company, you know how to use local plants and herbs to make ointments and medications to treat state effects such as burns, bleeding, relieve your stress or simply restore your health. But more importantly, you can use building materials provided by nature to make rudimentary melee weapons, traps, barricades and much more. Even a silent bow, very useful for knocking out the infected without being detected. THE INFECTION It seems that the infected are the side effect of the virus grown in the bio-laboratory. Probably when a security flaw opened, the virus spread to the island. It is not yet clear whether it spreads by air or through aquifers but what is certain is that biomass, similar to fleshy appendages that are sometimes glimpsed in the environment, are one of the final stages of the virus. The biomass therefore seems to be responsible for the mutations that occurred to the civilian inhabitants and to the military personnel who rushed to contain the first stages of the infection. Contact with non-bottled liquids or non-canned food is therefore strictly prohibited. Mutates are fast, extremely aggressive and above all voracious. The first to be devoured were the breeding animals of the surrounding farms and estates. For this reason, any living being, human or animal, is for them a prey. Apparently they do not devour each other ( to be confirmed ). Finally, it seems that they are photosensitive. At least the infected humans. Our drones have in fact observed the absence of external diurnal activity by the mutants, even if some animal species that have come into contact with the pathogen, such as stray dogs, wolves, wild boars and bears, do not seem to suffer from photosensitivity. It is therefore recommended to exercise extreme caution at night. OPERATIONAL INFO You will land in the North area, a few hundred meters from the bio-laboratory, at 4.30 in the morning. Die Young is out on PS4 & a new PC 1.2.5 Update!

Die Young is now available on PlayStation 4



Happy New Year! 2020 has been a long year full of unpleasant surprises, but we wanted to start 2021 strong and with two pleasant surprises. Firstly, Die Young is now available on the PlayStation Store. We know it may seem a bit odd to some for us to post an announcement here on Steam, but we simply couldn't contain our excitement and we wanted to share it with our fans, especially the ones who have been requesting this version for a while now. Die Young is out now on PS4 in English, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Turkish (screen languages). For those lucky few who have managed to get a PS5...to play this game on PS5, your system may need to be updated to the latest system software. Although this game is playable on PS5, some features available on PS4 may be absent. Unfortunately the US release will take place at the end of this month, but it is on its way nevertheless. Secondly, we have not forgotten about our PC fans. Die Young just got updated on Steam. Here are the release notes: Below is the changelog with the most important fixes, mainly stuff that we did for Ps4 submission but there are few nice goodies: CHANGELOG ver 1.2.5 - fix for a bug that didn't trigger Good Ending (player got stuck in the final arena after killing all enemies). - fix for a new exploit to Biofuel Refinery (allowed to collect the Fuel Can before having the Lighter, generating the Generator bug at the Radio Tower) - fix to animations dogs / wolves / Cujo (the rotations were broken) - fix farmer animations (animations were broken and some farmers skidded from one point to another in their paths) - AI perception fix (enemies were stuck indefinitely if they perceived a sound from an unreachable point) - Fix for junkie AI (remained motionless after taking a few hits) - fix for bug in The Collector shop (deleted some items, without giving them, if bought in case of full inventory) - fix for various graphic bugs - various fixes in level design Enjoy!

Hello Blocksters! We launched our new official Workshop servers. Workshop servers are ranked like any other official server. This means that if you join them, your score and your achievements will be updated during the match. Workshop servers periodically download the most voted and the most trending maps (according to Steam) in our community workshop and make them available to play online in dedicated servers. Most appreciated maps (that is, maps that are mostly played till the end of the match by users) have a higher priority to be selected in the following matches. On the other end, maps that are not enjoyed by users (by quitting the match or not voting them) are automatically discarded. We hope you'll be glad to see your custom maps in ranked servers too. Soo.. have a nice fight and may the best win!

Blockstorm is a FPS game set in a world made of destructible blocks.

The voxel nature of characters and maps and the in-game editor allows you to fully customize your game and quickly share your experience with other players.
