Previously, we announced that we were preparing a surprise for you guys. We are glad to announce that we just launched Radar Warfare - Pocket Edition. Available for Android and iOS.

We decided to add a few more things and fix the last bugs and soon we'll be announcing Radar Warfare's last update. This will allow us to work on new games and apps. Hello, We are just launching an update today to solve some small but critical bugs and add some new features to the game. This is very experimental but the bugs are rather critical so I was forced to update sooner than I expected. I wish I had more time to test Unity's new version before posting. [ADDED] MacBook Pro Retina support. [CHANGED] Game engine updated; [CHANGED] Endless mode enemy spawn behavior, this was necessary due to some exploiting on game start being easier. [FIXED] Instructions message typing sound playing even if the SFX configuration was turned off. [FIXED] Success message typing sound playing even if the SFX configuration was turned off. [FIXED] Leaderboards breaking when more than eleven players submit their scores; [FIXED] Sprite and font caches;
This SHOULD also solve some problems on Linux, reported by the website GamingOnLinux.
You'll notice that this update is very large, that's because we jumped 5 updates on the game engine. The game should be much faster and safer now. Don't worry, you'll only need 100-200MB on your computer. Thank you for your support. DreamRoad Productions

- The game's brand new progression system. The game SHOULD BE easier to progress. Our concerns are that the game might be too easy. We'll be watching the discussions to see if this need further improvement.
- The font cache system. The game now caches the font on game opening and it should not crash or freeze the splash screen and menus in any way. If you notice some area of the game taking too long to load, please, let us know.

- The new save system: in order to implement the Steam Cloud, we had to completely rewrite the old save system. We spent some days trying to figure how to import everything from the current to the new version of the game. The migration is going to be executed only once on game-opening after the update. MAKE SURE TO EXECUTE THE GAME ON YOUR MAIN COMPUTER OTHERWISE YOUR PROGRESS MIGHT BE LOST.
- Controller support: this is probably the most unstable feature. Bullet hells and shmups don't, usually, use controllers for movement AND aiming, so we had to figure a way to implement these mechanics on the game. We know that is not perfect yet so this feature will probably be updated soon to improve responsiveness and fix some other small bugs.

As a commander, it's your duty to fight back and save the world. Expect heavy resistance and many enemy waves. - Minor pre-launch bug fixing;

- Bug fixes: This will be our number one priority, we want the game to be playable by anyone, anywhere.
- Full controller support: After releasing the game we are going to invest some time in making this game controller friendly. This will be our second priority.
- Infinity mode: Play with your favorite ship facing endless enemies while trying to beat your personal best in this mode.
- New bullet patterns: For you and your enemies making the game more unpredictable.
- Steam Cloud Support:We had problems in implementing Steam Cloud. After some discussion, we decided to delay this feature to make sure that everything is perfect before releasing it to the public.

There are still some things that need to be done until Radar Warfare is officially ready. I'm still deciding if I'm going to release an update for each of the modifications or release one update with everything. Here is the list:
- Full controller support: After releasing the game I'll invest my time in making this game controller friendly. This will be my number one priority.
- Infinity mode: Play with your favorite ship facing endless enemies while trying to beat your personal best in this mode.
- New bullet patterns: For you and your enemies making the game more unpredictable.

We are happy to announce that after 2 years Radar Warfare is almost ready for release. We still have some things to do so we established the October 25th, 2017 as our release date.

Radar Warfare will challenge you with 27 different difficulty levels. Keep moving and don't get hit. Defend the base, kill the enemies and unlock new ships and guns. Control your ship through a radar. This is Radar Warfare.

I've been making games as a hobby for a while. After 12 mobile games, I decided to take a step further and work on my first PC game. My love for arcade games and simple mechanics brought to life Radar Warfare. I greatly appreciate feedback and I'm always open to suggestions.
